About The Horse & Snake

Hey I'm James, owner of The Horse & Snake.  After a bad truck accident and being unable to walk, I started a physical therapy  program.  Then after graduating I chose weight lifting and Pilates at Equinox to continue my progress, after years as a pilates student I decided to become an instructor and join Carrie Samper's program at Equinox.  Carrie was taught by Romana Kryzanowska, and Romana by Joseph Pilates and now Carrie to me.  Romana and Joseph are no longer with us, so it's an honor to continue the beauty and power of classical pilates with y'all. 

 There's one more thing, I truly believe Pilates is for everyone, and I put my money where my mouth is. If you are serious about pilates but can't meet my rates (which are half of what other studios charge but still not nothin) DM me and we'll work out a special program and rate.
